Baby Teeth

My youngest swallowed a baby tooth today. Do I need to be concerned - some baby teeth can be quite sharp, or is this totally normal? Do I need to give milk, bread etc, or go Dr bothering?? I'd appreciate any advice.

I am not an expert but i certainly think will make its own way out in the near future. Is it possible to nappy investigate or too old?

Thanks for your message. Youngest is fine now, although yesterday evening he was saying that his tummy was sore. Thanks again!
