What is this rash?

DD has developed a rash on the back of her neck and shoulders.

DH has just noticed it so not sure how long it has been there for.

It is not raised and is slightly red/pinkish. it covers all of the back of her neck and shoulders.

I have done the tumbler test and it does disappear.

It looks very similar to DH's rash which he gets all the time and has to use a body shampoo to get rid of it. I don't know what the rash is called and DH has no clue.

Do you think I should get it checked out?

All can cause a rash
Does it hurt? Is she ill?
If not wack some cream on it and see what happens tomorrow.
(well that is what I would do but then I am not a doctor)

have you changed your shampoo?

Ahh I have changed DD's shampoo, will go back to her normal one and try that.

It doesn't hurt her and she isn't ill, actually she is really really well atm (touch wood) she had been ill on and off since Xmas.
