1 yr old hot to touch but shivering?

DD (15mnths) was sitting in her vest shivering but hot to touch.

I've now put her PJs on and the shivering has stopped but she's still warm.

Dont have thermometer I'm afraid but does anyone have any ideas. She's had the smallest dose of calpol.

Sorry, pressed send too soon. Have you taken her temperature? What other symptoms does she have?
