MMR vaccination my DS had it on Tuesday this week and today is complaining of a headache and painful/stiff neck, is this normal?

He has a bit of a temperature but not overly so, am giving him Calpol and Ibuprofen alternately.

No rash, no vomiting although he did on Tuesday night but not since. Very irritable and grouchy too which is unike him.

My other LO's never had a reaction to any vaccine.

headache and stiff neck NOT a common side effect of MMR so call nhs drect and get him checked out. or go to out of hours docs if you ring your Gp it will give you the number)
