Ds 16 months has sickness and tummy upset. He has been sick about 4 times since last night. He won't eat but was taken water throughout the day. Temp in 37.8. He is skinny at the momnet as we have been having feeding issues so this is a real set back.

Would you give calpol at this temp, or would it upset his tummy? Obviosuly any higher and I will give him calpol with out question.

I know its me over reacting but the signs and sympotoms of meningists are quite broad, at what point would you be concerned??

This si my firts baby - can you tell!!??

Well 38 is considered high, so not sure what a slight fever would be????
