rolling ankles...

My dd has rolling ankles which throw her knees out of position so they are a bit "clicky". Have been told this is an issue for future posture and possible pain so would like to do something to help.

She's slightly hyper-mobile in her joints. We've tried the orthoptist who gave her two different heel inserts to try but both caused huge problems (foot lifting out of shoe, blisters.) Tbh, their fitting procedure was a bit - i.e. draw round foot and post off to maker of insert! Have had enough of missing school for appointments, then unsatisfactory result.

Anyone had a successful experience dealing with rolling ankles please? Thanks.
