My son has had this under his arm for a number of months and it is now finally starting to go however,it is leaving his skin extremely dry and he now has patches which look sore and he says hurt. Normally is would just put some aqueous cream on the areas affected but I'm worried this will cause the remanding ones to spread. Anyone with any knowledge on this??

Thanks
