dd got sort of dry-skin rash on torso, have been putting olive oil on it but really noticeable this morning

does she need to see gp? we are off to centreparcs today, typical!

she is feeding as normal and no temp

hv saw it last week (when it wasn't as pronounced) and said just to moisturise

any advice?

DS has had a rash like this since he was born (he's 15 months now) and it comes and goes.

I'd suggest not to bother with the GP unless it's really bothering her, keep it moisturised with E45 or similar, and just keep an eye on it.

It she's scratching it, then I'd definitely take her to the GP.

You might want to try a different washing powder, as that made all the difference with DS's skin.

My ds1 had this t that age too, I used some olive < it will soon pass. If lo is well otherwise I'd carry on with your day and not worry too much about it. May just be dry skin or prickly heat.

i use fairy non bio, can you get gentler than that?

I don't think so. It's probably nothing to do with washing powder. I was also using fairy non bio, think it's just one of those things tbh.
When ds1 got it, I panicked, pressed a glass to it and went to gp, who said it was nothing to worry about. If you are really concerned, you can get dd looked at, but sounds ok.
