How long did your child stay off school for?

The first of Ds's spots appeared on Thursday. By Friday some had blistered. Today I can't spot any new ones and the majority of the old ones have scabbed over.

He's not unwell in himself, is eating for England and is still his usual energetic self.

He's desperate to go back to school with his friends (and after 3 days of having him at home I'm getting pretty desperate too!)

How much longer should I keep him at home?

Until the last spot has scabbed over, it's the fluid in the blisters that's infectious.
