Am I wrong to think this is teething?

My two-year old has been off and on bawling her head off, bright red cheeks, complaining of a sore tummy, and breathing in short breathes like she's in discomfort/pain. Since two this afternoon - symptoms come and go though. Am thinking nasty molars and upset tummy/nasty indigestion/cholic. She's been playing and eating lightly/normal nappies/pretty much herself but sometimes very clingy.
Anyone else experienced something similar?

(Rest assured she will be seeing the GP first thing if the same in the morning)

Thanks for looking x

P.S. It's the funny breathing that bothers me the most.

Any fever? Agree the breathing sounds a bit odd. Have you given any calpol/nurofen?

I'll bump it for you but not sure - DD3 is 15 mths, has woken at night squealing last few nights, definitely has molars coming, she occasionally has short light breaths (when she'd settled I sat there a good half hour listening) but wouldn't like to say it's same thing.

no fever - feels a little warm. Has gone off to sleep well and breathing sounds ok. Haven't given her any medication as not sure what's wrong.
thanks for replies
