Silly question but I am uselss today

DS1 has just come down saying it hurts in his tummy, where he was punched by a boy at school, when he yawns.

Could there be any damage? Wouldn't we know by now if something bad had happened?

He was hit at lunchtime I think.

I think it would be much worse than what you describe if he'd been done any real damage - it's probably just some bruising which will come out in a couple of days. But obviously keep an eye on him to make sure he doesn't seem more unwell.
