need advice please, 6 month old ds constipated

hi can anyone offer some advice please, ds has been weaned for a month and other than stools becoming more firm-sorry tmi, he's been fine. constipated now, not eating solids but bf lots so not too concerned. did have alot of banana other day and someone said this can cause constipation!!!!is this true? would of thought bananas had oppisite effect! please can anyone help

When dd was first being weaned banana made her constipated. I gave her prunes which helped and stopped the banana.

She is 1yo now and banana is fine for her now.

Freshly squeezed orange juice used to do the trick with dd.

Soak the dried ones overnight or tinned in juice. They are really soft and easy to eat.

Just remembered that I save a few tea spoons of prune juice, from the tinned prunes.
