Yes they keep on falling, but personally I would get him checked out after that, can you take him to your GP?

smallorange · 19/03/2009 14:51

If you phone NHS Direct they can advise you further - they have a list of checks you can do and will advise you whether to take to A&E. Remember A&E has triage so he may be seen quite quickly.

My DD1 fell all the time at a similar age - probably up until 2 (went to her own christening with a black eye). She once climbed onto our patio table and fell onto the concrete patio. She was fine - if he seems ok I would keep an eye on him, rouse him in the night once or twice.

DD1 did grow out of it.

have you seen someone yet ?

Nabster · 19/03/2009 20:40

I would have gone straight to A&E.

No way would they have left him for 5 hours with no one checking him over.

bumbly · 20/03/2009 08:50

no one seen him - bit of scabs on head

when last went to a and e i walked out cuz waiting was five hours - even though my son has huge egg on his forhead form hitting face down concrete floor

here everything is useless

well, I think they should have been more attentive. You should complain.
