Paracetemol or Ibuprofen for urinary infection

I will be taking DD to the docs in the morning as she has a urinary infection. She does not have a very high temp but is in a bit of discomfort, especially when doing a wee.

Will it help her if I give her some painkillers, and would paracetemol or ibuprofen be better?

yes medised contains paracetomol maybe it would be better as well as will aid more restful sleep

Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory, so I'd use that first from preference.

Have given the ibroprofen. She is pretty sleepy so hopefully she will drop of soon. Poor wee soul does not want to go to the loo cause it hurts
