3 yr old with acne???? huh?

My 3yr old DD seems to be getting acne... clusters of pimples an inch or so below one eyes, and cluster in the middle of her other cheek.

Is this common? When we noticed a few spots a week back, we made extra effort to keep her face clean (from sticky stuff).

I confess she does have her good share of chocolate and a biscuit every day, but not kilo's of the stuff. Could this be the cause?

Not very helpful, but you should see your GP. If it really is true acne, then there is a possibility it could be caused by a hormonal imbalance. Acne is not caused by chocolate and biscuits! Of course, could also be any one of the squillions of other rashes and things that little ones get, but best for the doc to have a look at it.
