my daughter has been complaning about a sore nipple, she is 8 yrs old and definatly starting to go threw pubertiy. i had a feel and there seems to be a hard quite large lump directly under her nipple.
has any one heard or had this with there children and should i take her to the doctors?

Don't you get "buds" when you start puberty? If I were you I should take her to doctors to be sure, just so you feel ok, but I think this happens. Long time since it happened to me

I had this when my own breasts were developing. I distinctly remember being worried and asking my mum about it who said it was perfectly normal.

In saying that, I am not a doctor and if she is going through puberty at 8 I would maybe take her along anyway.
