i remember with ds1 i was recommended to give him i believe chamomille tea? The teabags were by organix at the time. To help them relax/sleep? Do i remember that correctly? Or was it fennel?

i have a 4 month old with a bad tummy (various reflux related things) wanting to try it today and perhaps peppermint?

Are you breastfeeding? My health visitor suggested I could drink fennel tea (or eat roasted fennel) to help when my daughter had tummy trouble.

Its fennel tea, works a treat, I gave to both mine from really young age I think 2 months. Just add boiling water to fennel seeds in a tea cup leave to stew until cool then just take all the seeds that are floating ontop off and spoon feed a teaspoon or two after feeds. Fennel is a great calmer and really helps them relax and their tummys - worked a treat for my babies. If you are breastfeeding drink the rest of the tea yourself and the babies will get the benefit through your milk, plus relaxes you too! Bonus!
