DS is seeming quite ill and his eyes keep going glazed with very tiny pupils - any idea what that means?

He is very very miserable. Temperature keeps spiking and is tired all the time.
This is since Tuesday.
He has a bit of a cold, but nothing else to indicate illness at all. No spots, no rash, no sickness, no cough etc.
His eyes keep going glazed and his pupils very very small. Why would that be? Is it tiredness? or could it indicate something else?

Have you called NHS direct or spoken to a GP? Because that really should be your first point of call.

I hadnt. The eyes thing only started this afternoon, so thought I'd check on here in case its a common sign of tiredness or something.
Thinking about it though, I am worried and he doesnt seem right, so have just called GPs and a DR is calling me back shortly.
