Belly button question

Fifi's (10 weeks) belly button was quite a tight outie but this week the seal has opened revealing a little lump. It's skin, nothing showing that shouldn't be. Over the week the lump has moved so it's now around the edge. She looks a little red around there, but it's not giving her problems when I touch it (obviously several times a day when changing her nappy, I'm not messing with it) there has always been a lump below the skin that everyone keeps telling me is normal, even though Tink and my brothers kids didn't have one. She has her 8 week () check tomorrow but I thought I'd pick the collective MN brain and see if anyone has had something similar

I had my health visitor to check my son's yesterday as his sounds similar. She said it felt fine but doctor would check it again at his 8 week check. He's just nearly 4 weeks just now so I have longer to wait than you!!

Saw the doctor on Friday and he said it is a hernia but to see what it is doing around her birthday.

She's also being sent to the hospital eye specialist because she is cross-eyed.
