spots on my 17 month old

my dd is 17 months and has some spots in her nappy area, knees and elbows and they seem to be spreading but very slowly. they came up 2 days ago and she has been grumpy but she is also teething and is always grumpy when teething.
i am almost 100% sure they are not chicken pox cos all 3 of my kids had them last year and she in particular got a really bad case of them.

she doesnt have a temperature, and some of them are like proper spots with heads on,
so what could they be?
any ideas?

Do they look like warts a bit? That is, not red but flesh coloured or whiteish? Could be molloscum contagium. Google for images.

If so, it is harmless but sticks around for a while. Best to get a proper diagnosis though.

took her to the docs and it is hand foot and mouth disease. at least i know now, even if there is no treatment!
