DS (18 months) has a cold and has just been sick. I'm sure it was temperature-related rather than a stomach bug - so should I give him some dinner tonight or not? I wouldn't give him food if it was a stomach bug but what should I do in this situ? He will probably refuse it anyway but should I not even offer it?
