DD just smashed a glass bowl .......with her head :(

She is fine but it really shook me up .
I have a dish to keep headbands and stuff in and put it on the bed next to me while I was doing the girls hair. Dp sat dd (5) on the bed to help put her socks on and she flung herself back straight onto the bowl which smashed .

She was ok screamed a bit but that was shock she has one tiny scratch on her scalp but nothing else and no glass .

I have kept her at home to keep an eye on her and because I feel so guilty .

OMG is she ok? Is her skull amde of concrete.
You must hav egot a terrible fright

She is fine the glass was one of those really thin ones florists have (it was one of the table decorations at my sisters wedding I stole she gave me)

She is sat with a magazine and ribena that I sent dp to shop for .

I was very calm until I realised she was ok then my hands started shaking .

I never ever usually sit on the bed to do their hair I am usually sat on floor but I had an achey back this morning so thought I would do it there .
