dd who is 2.8 years old had a bad case of gastroenteritis about a fortnight ago and it lasted about 10 days altogether, she was actually ill for about 5 days. Her poo was a very light yellowy colour towards the end then it went back to normal. The last couple of days she has passed dark green poo. I was just wondering if this could still be due to the gastroenteritis or if I should be phoning NHS direct. She is fine in herself and eating and drinking well.
