she is stripped off, have sponged her down, but her temp isnt going down by a lot. it was at 39.2 at 3pm, so is lower.

fluid intake seems ok, has bfed 4times so far today for 30mins each time. she is sleepy. was sick once this morning, and it was mucous-y.

She can have ibuprofen at over 3 months, you could try that? Personally wouldn't wait long before ringing the docs, 39.2 is high enough that it is probably an infection of some sort rather than viral.

sorry, started two threads by mistake. the temp started last night, dropped this am, to just over 37, then back up this afternoon.

her temp is down now, ad she is giggling under her playgym.

thanks for your help

if she wakes with a temp in the morning, after night-time doses, will be in the gp queue for an appointment at 8am.
