purple toe

my 4 week old dd has a purple/red tip to her toe. im wondering if anyone has seen this before. i dont want to go to the GP to be told im a neurotic mother, and its a birthmark. but dont want to miss anything wrong either!?

hey so does my DD. shes now 5 months and I just figured that it was bad circulation..being as its the furthest from heart. TO get blood flowing better try baby massage and that may help... Or her little toes might just be cold. they say babies hand and feet are generally cold as they cant regulate their body temperature.

I saw something on tele where a little baby had a hair round their toe. Apparently A&E said it was really commen.
Have a good feel see if you can feel anything.
