Constantly blocked nose

Hi, my 2-year old dd has had a constantly blocked and stuffy nose (not runny) for the last couple of weeks and it is driving her mad. Any ideas?

fresh air!
take her out in the cold, try the park or let her play in the garden.

Been out all day - definitely clearer. Trouble is, it wakes her up at night. Maybe it'll wear off as the weather gets better.

gawd, I have this at the moment. Is driving me mad. Is her room too hot? i think this makes it worse.
