..ds(9) has over the past 4 years had 3 operations for grommits and finally t-tubes in the ear. We have just been back for a follow up appointment at the local hospital to be told that we have lost a t-tube and have yet another ear infection..
one ear has 'normal' results in the hearing teest
The consultant seems to think he can just cope by sitting on the other side of the classroom but im not happy and thinking of gong to my doctors and asking for referral elsewhere.
