diarrhea in 7mt old for 5 days

my dd has had diarrhea for about 5 days now. Not major major runny but bad enough to go right through her clothes and onto me too if im holding her. She then somehow ends up covered in it.

She dont have a fever tho and isnt been vomitting and is eating and drinking fine so im not sure what to do or go baout calming it dwn.

Does anyone have any suggestons?

My DS had a similar thing for a week with projectile vomiting - it's probably a tummy bug so don't worry too much as it will go. I think the main thing is to keep her hydrated so if she's taking her milk ok that shouldn't be a problem. The chemist gave me a mixture to help stop the diarrhoea but to be honest it didn;t do much - hope she improves soon and i reckon take her to docs if it goes on for more than 10 days.
