Hi.

Overwhelmed by choice in Boots today. Should I be giving them to DS or just try and make sure his diet is naturally rich in Omega 3?

Which supplements do you use?

my personal opinion is that it's hard to get omega 3, 6 and 9 in the diet every day. I didn't start giving my ds's omega supplements until they were older though as I couldn't find any without the fishy taste.

I'm in NZ so not sure if you can get them in the UK although they are an American brand but I use Nordic Naturals. Tested to pharmaceutical grade so each tablet contains what it should, tested and heavy metal, dioxin free etc....

oh and they taste either like lemons or strawberries depending on which you choose - ds's love them.
