anyone know about foreskins??!!

My ds(4)seems to have developed the normal male infatuation with his willy, i have noticed during his fiddling with it that he still seems to have a very tight foreskin which he can't pull back. I was under the impression that the foreskin should be able to come right back by around 5 years of age. Any one know the facts?

ds1 appears to be the same, he's now 8... have also heard that it can be anything up to teenage.

furball thanks for those links, seems there is nothing to worry about. It is clearly something that happens at different times for each individual. I'll not be passing on the info about stretching exercises to my ds yet, he's doing enough stretching exercises of his own for my liking (and his sisters amusement) for the moment. The joys of pre schoolers!!
