My toddler DD has had constipation for the past 3 days, she's straining to go, really sweating up with the effort, but nothing.
I really would like any advice on how to get things moving.

When this happened with my ds I was told to boil up raisins/sultanas, mush them and strain then give him the juice to drink. It used to work for him.

little updTE
In the end I sent DH out into the snow to get prune juice, and put a splash into her juice (disguised by pure OJ), and also into her night milk. This worked amazingly.
