My 4 month old baby girl suffers with wind, poor thing. She doesn't seem to be that burpy, but I'm assuming the squirming, grimacing and thrashing around is caused by trapped wind as when she has done a trump she shuts up!
Thinking of trying either acupuncture or cranial osteopath ... any recommendations from an
yone would be gratefully received....

both of mine were like that! osteopathy (not cranial, just regular) worked a bit. stopped them hiccuping too.

but mostly they were just windy. they were both hard to burp though, and it all just came out the other end lol

my 3month old DD suffers from bottom burps too... I think a tummy massage every night before bed helps but it's hard to tell as it didn't happen every day anyway

She's sole b/f so I'm wondering if something I eat is causing it/making it worse?

I'm really hoping it is just colic & it will stop bothering her so much over the next few weeks...

My little Ds suffered terribly. Not sure if your breast or bottle feeding but finally tried DR Brown bottles and he has been so much better. Also swapped to C & G comfort milk (terrible nappies but no pain!).
