Is there any discharge? I would take her to the doctor.

She could have something stuck in it, my sister stuck some folded up card in her ear once (no idea why?) and it stank

Is it definitely coming from inside the ear?? I only ask as when our DD was on regular milk during the day, we used to find that the milk would get in the crease behind the ear through dribbling etc, and crust up after a few days....and stink! Once we started scrubbing behind the ears a bit more judiciously...no problem

it is likely to be something stuck in the ear, or milk in the ear crevices - they are quite hard to clean effectively, I found! It's the top curly loops of the ear, iykwim.

I think you should take her to the GP or somewhere similarly appropriate - if she has something lodged in her ear, it is going to need to be removed.

My daughter had a smelly ear and she had otitis externa (infection in her ear canal).

I think you should let someone have a look in just in case she has an infection or has put something in there. Take her to the GP.

If its the same tomorrow i think i'll take her. Just doesn't seem to be bother her and its such a faff getin in and to our doctors. They will probably slip my off with anti boc which i won't give her unless she's in pain, effected by it in any way or it carries on for much longer.
Thank all any more suggestions welcome. .

I have checked all round and scrubbed, nothing is hiding from me anywhere. I've made sure she's clean as it stinks!!!
