DD sore genitals

DD has had her hand down her knickers today, she's sore but won't let me look closely, seems like her labia (poss) is red and swollen. Any ideas?

Is she wetting herself a little bit? I've had that with DDs and have put sudocrem on for them, which works well...if it continues would she see the Doctor?

She could be, she is often refusing to go to the loo when she would seem to need to, given how much she's drunk. An independent child. Yes will consult GP
