Nose bleed

My 2.6 yr old DS has a cold and last night when I checked on him he had a nose bleed, but had stayed sleeping. He was fine this morning, still has a temperature and generally unwell. Is also saying his ears hurt. So will take him to the doctor tomorrow. But should I be worried about the nosebleed?

i wouldn't worry too much, my ds(7) used to get alot of nosebleeds. i've read that central heating can cause them too this time of year because they can make the air quite dry.

they are scary to see though. hope he's better soon.
