Hi there,

DD is exclusively bf and yesterday had a bright green poo that went halfway up her back. she's having loads of dirty nappies anyway at the moment, has yet another stinking cold and teeth are on the move.

is the green something to do with either of these, or bonjela or calpol overload, or something else entirely that i maybe should worry about?

I try not to panic with her, what with being second child and all that, but this looked really unnatural

thanks in advance

I seem to remember dd having a few of these, especially when teething! Not pleasant - but perfectly normal I believe

Bright green explosive poo can be a sign she's getting too much foremilk and not enough hindmilk.

It's nothing sinister, as already mentioned. Don't get your knickers in a twist just yet - it's maybe just because she's not well.
