blue nail beds?

ive just noticed my four week old baby has blue nail beds on some of her nails .. should i be worried?

reban, what about her lips and her skin?

I guess in the worst case scenario a bluish tinge could signify a lack of oxygen in the blood and the first thing that comes to my (non-medical) mind is a congenital heart condition. I assume the 20-week anomaly scan was clear?

But like I said, I really don't know and that last thing I want to do is alarm you unnecessarily. So please consult your GP.
