Red marks on 20 month old DD

The marks are red, slightly raised, some as big as a ten pence piece, others as small as a shirt button or smaller, about twenty in all. On her nappy area, tummy, knees (front and back).

Any ideas please? She's bright, chirpy and animated as ever but has a bad cough. No temperature.

Should I take her to A&E or just wait for GP in the AM?

Wait for GP in the morning. No need for A&E if she's bright, chirpy and animated and doesn't have a temperature.

It could be a viral rash or hives.
