5 yr old teeth grinding in sleep

My little boy who's 5 now, as long as we've known (at least 2 years), had grinded his teeth in his sleep when he gets disturbed or shuffles. I went to dentist today and asked and he'd never heard of it in children (?!!) but would wait until he saw him in a week or two's time. Anyone else had this? Is it a problem or nothing to worry about??

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Just found this which probably answers most of my questions.
