Boney lump/Sebaceous Cyst?

OH took ds to have a movable, boney lump (appeared to be on a stalk)just under the collarbone checked at the doctors a couple of years ago.
The doctor said it was a sebaceous cyst, but it is still there and (irrationally?)worries me and I wonder if I should get it checked again for a second opinion. It was never investigated, the doctor just felt the lump and said that is what it was.
Sorry for being irrational, it's just one of those things which worries me now and then. I was hoping somebody might know something about these and be able to reassure me.
Thanks!

It could be a small lymph node as there are loads in that area, they are normally nothing to worry about if they are small (petit pois size), do not grow/spread and there are no other symptoms (night sweats, fatigue).
