dd2 doesn't grow!

not sure if this should be posted here but here goes.
took dd2 (who will be 2 in feb) to have her feet measured today. they had not grown at all since beginning of sept.
when she was little she was always on 50th % of height and weight. when she was one she went down to 25th% so the hv asked me to bring her back a couple of months later and she was still 25th% so they said as it had evened out it was ok.
I am probably just being silly because i am small but dd2 doesn't seem to grow. her clothes from last summer still fit and when she got her first shoes a year ago she was only half a size smaller than she is now.
otherwise she is developing normally and eats fairly well. she is healthy and in proportion. will obv mention growing at 2 yr health check.
Any ideas anyone? am i just being silly?

I think that as long as she is healthy in all other ways, and the HVs are happy with her progress, and you don't have any specific worries, then there is probably nothing at all to worry about.

Especially as you yourself are quite short of stature.

Try not to worry, but if you are worrying, it won't do any harm to take her to the clinic and have her weighed and just get the HV's opinion to put your mind at rest.

(now you've posted this, you'll probably wake up tomorrow morning and she'll have had a growth spurt overnight and nothing she owns will fit her )

she's fine I am sure. I remember this bit well with ds1 cos it's such a surprise when their growth startsd to slow down.
you get used to needing to buy new clothes and stuff every 6 months or whatever and then they stop growing so fast and stuff lasts longer and it's weird!
feet thing is normal, it's only been 4 months

God iknow. i was alwys complaining that dd1 grew out of things in 2 weeks. esp shoes i had just spent 30 quid on. thank you
