conjunctivitis?

I was just feeding DD after her morning nap and I noticed that on her eyeball there was a blob of gunk, a bit like snot. I wiped it off with a bit of cotton wool.

Her eye doesnt look red, but is this conjunctivitis?

Probably just blocked tear duct - DS had this for a few weeks when he was born - we had to bathe with salt water - which we got in sachets from the doctor - is worth getting it checked out just in case though.
