Hello,
I had me 8 weeks old baby vacinated yesterday. He was miserable but after a little Calpol he slept well. Today, now, he is, again, bad. He wants to sleep but he can't. He wants to eat but again he can't very well. He is a little warm 37 Celcious.
What can I do?

Keep the Calpol up and if needed you could also use nurofen 2 hours after calpol. Keep him cool - not hard at the moment!Lots of cuddles, go to bed with him! Snug!

Sorry just re read your post. 37 is fine, I would only give a low dose calpol x

I just bath him and he seems a lot better. He is sleeping and I hope that he'll be better.

Thanks very much for the reply.

WHAT NUROFEN ON A 8 WEEK OLD BABY YOU MUST BE NUTTS.

THEY ARE ONLY SUPPOSED TO HAVE ONE OR TWO HALF DOSES AT MOST.

ARE YOU A DOCTOR BECAUSE YOU COULD BE POISONING HER CHILD

believer07 · 06/01/2009 21:39

Nurofen is only for 3 months +.

You should only use calpol, and then only a half dos

My comment was corrected believer07, but it can be given my weight FYI. Your really on form tonight!! I don't think there was an intention of posioning anyone - I know your cross about the other thread but come on......
