What can I do with a pale, ill looking child?

He doesn't feel ill, he's eating, no fever, no pain or aches, he was sick once and had diarrhoea once on Friday but he looks ill. He's due to go back to school tomorrow but I have a feeling they'll ask me to collect him as he does look rather unwell. Any suggestions?

Tuck him up on the settee and put a dvd on, keep his food light today, but plenty of drinks.

Oh and keep a sick bowl nearby

Thanks. He's been fine since he was sick on Friday so I'm not too sure that he's ill. He just looks ill IYKWIM.
