Is this a food reaction?

DD is 9.5 months old and so far had no reaction to anything and there's no family history of allergies.

For tea she had an omelette with tomato, cheddar cheese, potato and carrot, cooked in olive oil. She then had some poached pear with rasins and some plain yogurt.

She has had all of these things before without any issues.

At bathtime I noticed a blister on her thumb, and it was a bit red around her face and her chest. She was scratching her chest but would stop if distracted. Her face and thumb didn't bother her. Her face and chest seem to have gone back to normal now.

Also, her nappies really stink at the moment as well, for about 4 days now. I think that she is teething, but they dont smell acidic like the previous teething nappies, they just smell bad. Still the same number of dirty nappies, just the smell.

Does this sound like a food reaction? Despite the fact that she has been eating all this stuff for a while and no reaction previously? She is her normal self, should I be freaking out?

Could be a reaction to tomato, a lot of children react to it. I also think that some foods need to be eaten a few times before there is a reaction. Someone more knowledgeable will be along soon.

I read somewhere that some foods may be ok alone but may make a reaction if eaten together, not sure how true it is tho but maybe having some of these things together wernt good for her

Thanks. She was fine today. Will just keep an eye out and proceed with caution over the next few days.
