I would got to docs about that, just in case it's not dandruff but psoriosis or something. Or maybe ask a pharmacist (who will probably tell you to go to the docs) .

My DD was getting patches of what looked like cradle cap and dandruff, she was scratching them and making herself sore, pharmacy recommended Oilatum shampoo. It's a bit pricey but has cleared up the problem and I use it once a week to stop it coming back.
