Nearly 1 year old has something different

By her bottom - there's an extra small piece of skin, kinda looks like a flap but really small. Mind you I spose based on her size it's not that small.

Do I have to take her to a Gp? I hate having to undress her at the GP's.

Several people's dcs have this kind of thing- not sure if it requires treatment or not, someone will know.

Spina bifida occulta? Usually utterly harmless - lots of people have it and don't know about it! Perhaps get a dr to check it out, just to be safe?
