Hard lump

My dd 9 has a hard painful lump in the breast area, I was thinking breast bud but there is nothing the other side flat as anything, what do people think? would it be rock hard and very painful if it is breast bud? tia

sounds like a blocked gland to me - a visit to the GP would be in order I think - nothing serious I don't think.

on the other hand it might be they are starting at different times...mine did

Ok thanks, will keep a eye on it. I don't remember myself but don't remember it being painful.
