Constipation HELP

Help DD nearly 4 has constipation quite badly, she is hot and has no interest in anything. I have been giving her lots of water to drink but nothing. She has a varied diet.

What is the best and most effective method.

we find dreid apricots have the desired effect on dd alos 4. she's has constipation since birth. gonna be her thing i think! knows what causes it now, mainly bananas! also some cereals help relieve her think its called oatbakes made by allbran

It's not bananas as she has not had any recently she had tomatoes and carrots for her school snack I will buy dried apricots.

Things that help dd1 include;
Raisins
Sugar Puffs
Prune juice
Apple juice
Dried Apple
Blueberries
