baby facial rash??? my baby is 5weeks old today and has developed rash on her face?

my baby girl is 5wks old today and over the past 2 days she has developed facial rash..her face looks kind of dry and red..round her chin in particular...both side of her face as well..i can see tiny white spot..they are very tiny......as i looked on the internet...can it be Millia? i also asked my nextdoor neighbour who have twin girls 4months ago, they said they both got it when they were newborn and the rash will go away?? just a little concern. anyones babies got it?

I think all babies get 'milk spots', well both of mine did. #it normally clears in a few weeks.

My dc all got it around the same time. My HV said it was an ostregen (sp)rash and to leave it alone. It did eventually just fade away. HTH
